- Commercial Air Transport (CAT)
- Specialized Operations (SPO)
- High-Risk Specialized Operations (SPO-HR)

Operating a diverse fleet consisting of:

We are seeking highly motivated aviation professionals to strengthen our management team and support the continued development of our European operations.
Management Opportunities
Depending on qualifications and experience, candidates may be considered for one or more of the following approved management functions:
Accountable Manager (AM)
Overall responsibility for the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the organization
Nominated Person Crew Training (NPCT)
Responsible for crew qualification, training programmes and competency management.
Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM)
Responsible for regulatory compliance oversight, audit management and corrective action follow-up.
Dangerous Goods Coordinator
Responsible for dangerous goods compliance and training oversight.ung entsprechender Schulungen.
Nominated Person Flight Operations (NPFO)
Responsible for all flight operations activities
Nominated Person Continuing Airworthiness (NPCA)
Responsible for continuing airworthiness oversight – CAMO and coordination with and maintenance organizations.
Security Manager
Responsible for the Company Security Programme, security risk management and security awareness training.
Fleet Manager
Responsible for operational standardization and fleet-specific oversight for:
- Airbus Helicopters H125
- Bell 412
- PZL Świdnik W-3A Sokół
- Aérospatiale AS332 „Super Puma“
- Airbus Helicopters H225 „Super Puma“
Nominated Person Ground Operations (NPGO)
Responsible for ground operations, operational support and specialized operations interfaces.
Safety Manager (SM)
Responsible for the Safety Management System (SMS), occurrence reporting, risk management and safety promotion.
Emergency Response Manager (ERM)
Responsible for emergency response planning, crisis management and ERP exercises.
What We Are Looking For
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
- Experience within commercial aviation operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of EASA regulations.
- Experience within CAT, SPO or specialized helicopter operations.
- Ability to work within a multinational and growing aviation organization.
- Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are advantageous.
Previous experience as a postholder, safety manager, compliance manager, chief pilot, fleet manager or technical manager will be considered an advantage.
Helicopter pilot experience in the range of our operations beneficial and combination of management and operational activity desired and intended to a reasonable extent for the management function.
